Thanks to your team for getting us back on the road. Caleb recommended sensible repairs without being pushy. Rachel ensured I my jeep was back on the road timely and was very pleasant to work with. A + recommend.

I always come to Hibdon Tire when I need an oil change or tires. Today, was my last visit. I got to this location a little before 4pm, I just got off work. The girl that stated she is the assistant manager needs some customer service lessons. First she wanted to examine my tire to make sure I was being truthful. She made me back my car up she spit on the stem, all while trying to waste my time and I guess, talk me into new tires. I just want my flat fixed so I can go to work tomorrow. I dont wanna lay down 6 or 7 hundred dollars without even knowing if I need to get new tires today. She had me standing outside in the heat for about 10 minutes before I just said I would go elsewhere. I didn't leave I stayed, big mistake. There is a reason I came here in the first place. Not to get talked down to or treated like I'm dumb. So, I am sitting here over an hour and still waiting. I guess this is retaliation for me getting upset. I thought that if I buy all my tires here, that my flat repairs are free and hassle free. This entire experience is my last.

I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here!! Rachel was exceptionally kind and professional, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and ensuring that all technicians were able and qualified to hand my vehicle. Tye worked on my Range Rover, which had been experiencing ongoing battery issues. They were able to get my vehicle in within an hour, quickly diagnose the problem, and clearly communicate that the alternator needed to be replaced. After approving the repair, Tye had the part installed and the vehicle ready the same day. Wow!! After years of taking my Range Rover to import specialists and paying significantly higher prices for relatively minor repairs, I was extremely impressed with both the efficiency and cost savings. This team saved me over $1,500 in repair and labor costs. With Tye’s 15 years of experience, the quality of work was evident. I will absolutely be bringing all of my vehicles here moving forward!!

Hibdon’s was my tire shop since I first started to drive. I would go out of my way to buy from them before I would buy from anybody else. One time, I was living in Houston and came back home for a friend‘s wedding, and I scheduled enough extra time to get a new set of tires from Hibdon’s while I was in town. Then, they sold the business. Prices went up. Quality went down. I went elsewhere. The last few years, I thought that they had redeemed themselves. I hit something in the road back in February, and I needed two new tires, so I had my truck towed to Hibdon’s after doing a quick scan of tire prices from surrounding shops. Everything was great, until it wasn’t. Last weekend, one of my tires was low, and I needed to put some air in it. On Monday morning, I took it to Hibdon’s to see what was wrong. They called me up to the counter, telling me my air filter was saturated with oil and my oil was low. If the air filter was saturated, the engine wouldn’t get enough air to run, so I knew that was a lie. “Why are you under my hood? I came to get a tire fixed.” I was then told that every vehicle is given a courtesy inspection, whether they asked for one or not. I told the yo
